2. The Cost Center Report

The cost center report has been developed to assist agencies in distributing costs (expenses) associated with the provision of the various types of services.

The information required to determine costs should be available from your accounting system and reports from your Clinic Visit Record(CVR).

Download the report

The cost analysis for each service will reflect both direct and indirect costs.

Personnel Administration
Supplies Housekeeping
Materials Rent
Other Other

You must include the value of volunteers, donated goods, and donated services that are used by the agency.
